Request for Support Regarding Unreceived UC from Reporting Hacking Livestreams

Dear PUBG Mobile Management Team,

I hope this message finds you well. Last month, I participated in the initiative to report fraudulent activities by identifying and reporting 17 livestreams showcasing PUBG Mobile hacks. As a reward for my contributions, I was promised a total of 1.7k UC as a token of appreciation for my efforts in helping maintain the integrity and fairness of the game.

However, I have yet to receive the promised UC in my account. I have patiently waited, considering possible delays, but it seems there might be an issue with the distribution or recognition of my contributions.

Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties attempting to contact support through the standard channels, which has led me to seek direct assistance from the management team.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

I can't send my PUBG Mobile ID to Tencent. How can I contact for an error and send my PUBG Mobile ID?

Hello @lolll i already answered your question in New Rewards System thread and here's my answer again and i'm sure one of our respected moderators or our Dear Administrator Piston will mark it as the answer.

currently the rewards send to the helpers who already received UC before. and new system will be applied in the near future. as our PUBG MOBILE Operations Manager - Error - said in this message
