Best way to set up certificate for domain managed via Cloudflare DNS for Google Cloud Service

guys, does anyone tried setting up custom domain on google cloud using proxied A or CNAME Record in Cloudflare? Would that work? Or it needs to be dns-only

Google Cloud has a lot of services, would need to be a bit more specific. For example with Google App Engine it looks like you could just upload Cloudflare's Origin Certificate to get around that: https://blog.woohoosvcs.com/2019/11/running-google-app-engine-behind-cloudflare/ Otherwise some custom domains services do get upset with Cloudflare in front
