My friend account get hacked and sold and we contact the one who bought it and she said that she doesn’t want to give the account back and the account owner have receipt for over 30 recharge Transaction and the 1st linked number a the facebook account almost everything to prove that the account is his but we can’t reach anyone from support.
any help and advise ?

Please submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
