I been playing valorant for a few years but everytime I get into a lobby , it takes forever to load and recently I got suspended for 3 days but when I play again Idk how to fix my lobby so I don't take long to load.

They get afk penalties cuz they load in late. So if we fix the late loading issue then no more afk penalties.
