van 1067 Error won't stop at all - fix please ?

Im getting this error after like 5 minutes into the match adm i have tried a lot of stuff like Enabling UTF-8 thorugh the region and starting the VGC service automatically , still the vgc service crashes after 5 -6 minutes into the game for some reason no idea why Please any fixes to solve this problem , it happened out of thin air
