ping issue
hey everyone, i used to get 20 ping in na east but now i get 60. my wifis fine too. any idea whats causing this?

maybe use ethernet or check task manager to see whats taking up so much network, also u could have switched sever location so check ur on the server u want to be on for lowest ping
hey, i am indeed using ethernet, i got ethernet yesterday cus i was getting such high ping on my wifi but the issue is still there also nothing is taking my network, im also on the right server.
what ethernet cable did u get exactly cus sometimes they can be worse that wifi depending on the wiring type
let me check the name but my wifi is way faster, used to get 200 download now im getting 1000
well if ur getting a higher download it should be the ethernets faults
check ur task manager and see if anything is taking up the "Network" section
no i meant to say, my ethernets way faster. im getting 800 mbps more download speed with my ethernet

it sees like a good enough cable, if it was cat4 or 5 i would of said thats the problem but u have a good cable so im not sure what the issue is
Yeah lol, in both cs and fortnite im getting 20 ping.
should i try verifying my rio t game files
oh its just valorant thats higher ping than normal?

when i try to repair val files it says no repair needed
i dont think its anything to do with the files
what servers do u play on for valorant cs and fortnite
alr basically i play na east every game cus i live in canada and thats where i get the best ping but recently in valorant, my na east ping went to 60 and my central ping went to 40 (i used to get 20 ping before on east (val)
so i currently play comp on central cus east ping too high

im rlly not sure whats causing the issue the only thing that comes to mind is the physical server location, i had a look and the fortnite server for NA east is located in virgina but the valorant ones are located in California so, but im not from America so i dont know a lot about your servers
