Valorant wont launch
Hoping someone can help here.
I was playing Val yesterday with no problems, today I wanted to open and it wont launch.
I launches to the "PLAY" screen. I had to update so I clicked update and then play and nothing happened. I tried running as administrator and still nothing opens.
I ran Riot as administrator and it opened, when i click play it loads for a few seconds and then the play button screen is back again and I cant get further than that.
When I exit Vanguard my game loads but then I get the error that Vanguard needs to be installed before the game will run.
Below are the "fixes" i have tried.
I did get an email from Riot in January with some steps to try which I did back then but not really sure if I did them right, maybe someone with more PC knowledge can hop into a call and help?

Below are the "fixes" i have tried.
- Reinstalled about 6 or more times to different folders each time
- Checked my drivers and windows updates and they all updated.
- Made sure my Secure BOOT and TPM are enabled in my BIOS
- Uninstalled Vanguard only and reinstalled
- VGC is on automatic and enabled
- Vanguard tray Notification is app is turned on

Solution
the steps I did.
- Reinstalled Valorant
- Right clicked in the shortcut, went to compatibility and ticked run as administrator.
- Selected run this program in compatibility mode > windows 8
- Opened Virus and threat protection > manage settings > turned off "Real-Time Protection
- Opened Virus and threat protection from the "Search" tab > Add or remove exclusions > added my riot folder
- Opened System Configuration > services > tick "Hide all Microsoft services" > disabled all > ticked steam, vgc and restarted my pc
- Opened Riot shortcut as administrator, clicked play and it opened
