Hacked???

I reached out to the support team in March 2024 about me not being able to receive the secondary verification code on my phone number, today I checked my mailbox and saw that they approve the information I sent , but when I log into my account it asks me to create a new one. I don't understand. I asked a friend to look for my account and it was still available with the same name. I was able to login like 4 days ago but can't play because of the secondary verification code issue. I can't fill another account recovery!!! What is happening again??

Hello, @BₒT ₉₄₅! After a successful account recovery claim, all the previously linked social media accounts will be removed from your PUBG MOBILE, and the email you provided to the customer service when submitting the account recovery request will be linked to your PUBG MOBILE account. Please try to log into the game using that email with the Phone/Email login option and verification code method.

You can change your password for your linked email through the login page of the game by navigating to Phone/Email login option and tap on Forgot Password option, @BₒT ₉₄₅. It is also recommended to link your PUBG MOBILE account to a different social media account and link a phone number and enable secondary verification. We hope you find this information helpful.
