Holes in world

Hello, does anyone know if this issue is common? i am running 1.20.1 fabric and the latest version of iris, and dh 2.0.3-a dev version, and between real chunks and LODs is a buffer that is just empty space, not from all sides tho, or generally holes in random places. it seems to be consistent, appears mostly if you are moving in a particular direction. any idea how to deal with it?
