no need to reinvent the wheel! they have guides for EVERYTHING (how to make signs, take good photos, do media outreach, etc)

In this vein, Extinction Rebellion- which was recognized recently as the most influential social movement on climate globally- grew largely out of the strategic plan of one guy, Roger Hallam, who has got over 100 hours of video on Youtube geared towards mass movement building- it's a great resource for anyone who is interested in learning from a source with demonstrable real world success.

Roger has videos on many facets of mass movement building, but in general I can recommend his podcast- "Designing the Revolution" - which was started while he was interned in Wandsworth Prison for action on the climate crisis. It has succinct episodes which deal with particular aspects of movement building and ties them together into a unified whole. There's a lot of material but very helpful to people interested in developing a practical understanding in this subject!
