Issue with Premier

Hi everyone, I recently encountered an issue while playing a game with my friends. There was a power outage in my house that lasted for about 12 minutes, and once the power came back, it took me a while to rejoin the game because I'm using a 60Hz computer. When I finally got back, there were only three rounds left, and unfortunately, we lost all of them, and the game ended with us losing. After that, I received a 24-hour ban. I understand the ban, but the situation was out of my control due to the power outage. Now, I can't play Premier because of the ban, and I was looking forward to it. I hope someone can help resolve this issue as soon as possible since Premier will start soon. Thank you for your assistance!
