Loading screens last too long despite facing absolutely no lag in the menu or matches

Fellas, I'm facing a bug that idk how to fix, loading screens take way too much time to load, it takes like a few minutes for me to enter practice and to exit matches, and it usually loads me in games after the 1st round ends or sometimes even after 2 rounds, I know for a fact that my pc ain't the problem since I don't have lag at all, it runs on average of 100fps, I can't find anything relevant on Google or YouTube so I hope you guys can help me

I'm on windows 11, I've had this problem for like a year now, reinstalling the game does not work

is your game installed on an hdd or ssd hdds process slower and will result in longer loading times

I did actually switch it to the SSD recently and it lags I get lag now, on the HDD the loading screens were the only problem, but now I get fps drops too

your storage wont really affect fos its your cpu and gpu that does that your storage would only affect how fast things load
