I was already kind of organizing a protest for this summer's UN discussion of AI, or if OpenAI attempts to build an office in NYC. But I'm not in the right position for mental health to enter more discords right now since I'm anxious enough about this one.

Good question! Some ideas:

- Share the eventbrite link as widely as possible (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/pause-ai-global-protest-nyc-tickets-886528309037) with other groups & anyone you know who might be interested. If you’re in other groups, share it with them and include a brief description of the protest.
- Flyering: hand out custom flyers with the protest date, time, location, and a QR code to RSVP. Good flyering locations could include university campuses and any area with a lot of foot traffic. There are also plenty of “community spaces” that allow people to put up flyers, like public libraries and coffee shops.
