I haven't used Neon in ~5 months. Got billed 19 USD today?

I would like a refund on a surprise charge today. 19 USD for an account I cannot manually delete (seriously guys just add this???) and have not used in ~5 months? This is not ok.

@ShinyPokemon Im in the same boat. Just got blindsided with a $20 bill even tho I havent use the account in months. No server activity. I immedially deleted all my databases but one and downgraded to the free plan. I would like a refund as well. When I goto the link you provided it tells me to go to discord.

Sorry about that. This means you probably had a database size above the free tier limit. Email support@neon.tech
