my acc got banned for no reason
So my acc got stolen 3 years ago and i finally got it back but... i find out it was banned is there any ways to unban it???? I paid more than 30$ on this acc pls tell me that there is a way to unban it

Hello, @harry potter! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
