Got banned for no reason

I am writing to respectfully appeal the ban issued on my PUBG Mobile account. I was recently notified that my account was penalized for allegedly using an unofficial game client. However, I would like to clarify that I have never used any third-party software, modified clients, hacks, or anything that violates PUBG’s Terms of Service.
The only unusual activity that may have occurred is that I allowed a friend to play on my account recently. He was using an iPhone 13 Pro, and perhaps this change in device or IP address caused a misunderstanding in your system's detection methods. I trusted him completely and was not aware that this could lead to a ban or be interpreted as suspicious behavior.
I’ve always played PUBG fairly and with respect for the game and its community. I have invested time, effort, and sometimes money into this account, and it is very important to me. I would never intentionally do anything to put it at risk.
Please reconsider my case and allow a manual review of the situation. I understand the importance of keeping the game fair and secure, and I fully support your efforts in maintaining that environment. If there is anything specific I need to clarify or prove, I am more than willing to cooperate.
