granted I can always tweak plasma to work similar to my Gnome workflow but lawd there's just some mad jank on there sometimes from my experience (although I don't know if that's gotten any better as of late) and GTK apps still look dog ugly lmao
I don't know about the official GUI (never used it) , but I connect to Mullvad using the Wireguard CLI (wg-quickwg-quick) and/or NetworkManager (KDE), and the connection does persist when returning to game mode.
hey there! i need to have to dualbooting windows, i'm thinking of shrinking a bit on this disk to install it, but since ik windows will probably fuck my install, idk what to do to not fuck anything
best usecase for dual booting windows and linux is always having them on entirely seperate drives, even if using internal ones. sadly this isn't possible with current gaming handhelds.
i personally chose to swap to the dual-boot method but there's cons/pros to both internal dual-boot and external dual-boot. i had to take "extreme" mesures to stop windows from taking over my bootloader.
said extreme measures: copying the entire refind bootloader folder into the microsoft boot folder (after backing it up), moving the windows boot efi and pointing refind to the new location, and then replacing the existing windows bootloader efi with refind. a borg/skinchanger method
