Online Support not working
I have an infinite loading when clicking on "Support". Maybe it's linked to the Organization preview being activated on our account, but it's rather annoying considering we might need support for our work :/

@Epether are you still seeing this? Can you share if there's a JavaScript error in the console? I can't see it here on my end.

Are you running an adblocker or other extensions? Can you try disabling them if so?

May you share a recording like you did earlier but with in incognito with
Disable cache checked?
Also, you'd want to try loading the page like
https://console.neon.tech/app/projects/frosty-forest-17590017?modal=support
