Set Default Audio Output

Hey guys, anyone know how to set a default audio output, I leave my headset dongle plugged in but I want it to default to hdmi I tried setting it with pactl but after a reboot it seems to reset back Any help is appreciated cheers! * I put this in the bazzite channel but it got lost behind all the messages so thought I’d ask here
