What's the recommended resolution size to train your models/loras? SD 1.5 is 512x512 SDXL 1.0 is 7

What's the recommended resolution size to train your models/loras?
SD 1.5 is 512x512
SDXL 1.0 is 768x768 and 1024x24 optimal right?

But what happens if you train 2k resolutions? Would it matter or help at all?

Hi there, there isn’t any distributor selling rtx 3090 but the newer models in the 40s are. May I know any recommendations

I want to use IC-light with option for Background upload.
When I run "Windows_Start_App_With_BG_Upload.bat"

I get following message:
