I have tried to Contact pub G as to why they keep denying my request the account has been marked as Suspicious. Someone from Indonesia accessed my account. I have the email showing the new device was logged in and then they change the authorization link to include their phone. I have been denied twice and I’m getting concerned about my identity. I would love my account back as I have had it for 4 years but at this point I’m concerned someone is using my identity.
Solution
Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
