- You can contact them, but they are unwilling to assist you.
DCloudflare provides a set of tools for website owners to use, how the website owner choose to use them, is completely up to the individual website owner.
DThat said, the way you're mentioning it, it does actually sound like you are tripping the website owner's WAF / Firewall rules.

DIf you run through a VPN or something, I would suggest disabling that, and see if that solves the problem.
