Photos in Cloudflare Images disappearing

I'm using Cloudflare Images for our SaaS product that lets restaurants build their own websites. I'm coming across more and more examples of images no longer being available - what's the best way to discover why they're being deleted? Customers aren't deleting them.

i.e. https://imagedelivery.net/aPDHOWLzkdlEAMvg3YLQug/production-xs0g6pnice30jcvhe9912yppwefg/public is an image/graphic that just dissappeared

We are getting more and more reports of this - is there anywhere to go for support?

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.
