Vim vundle upgrade failures w/ topgrade
Hi, I have a (mostly) standard vundle .vimrc setup, but when topgrade attempts to parse it, every "Bundle" line fails with lines like
"not found in 'runtimepath': "vundle/plugin/*.vim"" for just about every entry. Any idea's?

Needs Python, tmux, fish, git installed. Maybe more. Install script installs most except for git.
