Looking for tips on buying lug sole boat shoes

Hello guys. I've been recently looking to buy myself a pair of 3-eye lug sole boots, like those in the picture (Which are timberland), and since i see many of you in waywt rocking a similar pair, i have a few questions:
  • What's considered a "good" price for a brand new pair? I've been checking several brands (timberland, sebago, gh bass, camper) but all the pairs i've seen cost around 100-150 euros on sale. I'm debating whether to pull the trigger on a 100€ pair or waiting for a better deal.
  • Is it worth looking secondhand? If yes, where? (EU based). I've been looking on Vinted/ebay but the pairs i've seen are either pricy or beat up. The recent surge in popularity of this model sure doesn't help.
And of course if you have better brands recommendations please let me know. Sadly i have a limited budget (around 100, 150 at max) but i'm willing to wait for them to go on sale.
