Games added to steam not using steam overlay
I recently set up my new pc, and installed fortnite with heroic games expecting the steam overlay to work as it has on my previous machine. Unfortunatley, this was not the case for some reason and steam always thinks the game is closed, which is why i switched to heroic in the first place since that's what it would do with any game added from the epic launcher. Any help would be appreciated, its pretty annoying since I wanted to use steam remote play to play fortnite when I only have access to my laptop.

Hello. Have you solved it? I'm having the same issue.
It used to work in my previous install. Now steam overlay and input simply don't work.
