Im not sure if 1.20.6 was the version they changed it but Minecraft changed the tag for grass from

minecraft:grass

minecraft:grass

minecraft:grass

minecraft:grass to

minecraft:short_grass

minecraft:short_grass

minecraft:short_grass

minecraft:short_grass and I think thats whats causing this

thats probably the issue
