PIIRC You have 2 hours of play time or owning it for two weeks to get a refund. If you go over the play time, you can try to claim that you went AFK and left the game on. I've gotten a refund like that but I went just over 2 hours. So dont expect to get it after like 10 hours lmao

Kthey start spawning after a certain amount of days. For nomads I think it’s like day 5 or 7

Zpretty sure the amount of days only matters for raids, i think any cannibal can spawn at camps any day, because ive seen an igor very early like pre day 3
