Often I see people suggesting horribly non-feasible things like making the world infinitely massive or adding AI behaviors that are so profoundly complex that it wouldn't be feasible to implement. This comes from the assumption that game design can be just magically handwaved into whatever the devs are thinking, without considering the nuance behind how challenging that actually is.
