Cim on custom mode, balanced between hard and hard survival. I'm constantly dancing around, waiting for my stamina to go up.
Zyou can do the command "setgamesetupsetting GameSetting.Survival.ColdPenalties off" to fix it
Cyeah, i have it on but i thought cold penalty was for reduce stamina regeneration during the winter or when my character is cold
Zits been bugged forever where the penalty is always active
