But for anything path based, Routes are the answer. You can either layer one on top of a Custom Domain, have nothing underneath (dummy aaaa record 100::100::) or put an origin underneath if you want/need

No, KV is eventually consistent and writing will not revalidate anything. Don't set your TTL too high if you plan to overwrite the value later, because it can stay stale for a long time up to your ttl depending on traffic patterns

I don't know 1 for sure because I've not tested it in a while. If you have Snippets access I would suggest just trying it and seeing what happens.

2: It is CPU time but CPU time does not include fetch time so you won't have any issues if all your script is doing is fetching. CPU time is any actual compute logic in the script, like if you needed to encode/decode the json.

3: It's the size of the code in the script.

nothing native, I mean you could just extract your cron logic to a different function and try.. cronfunc() catch.. cronfunc() but a bit silly lol, it usually makes more sense to specifically retry what could fail/scope your retries better
