Add routes at runtime

Is it possible to add new routes at the runtime asynchronously?

Before ˙˙v3.12.1˙˙ I added them in the plugin with

useRouter().addRoute(route)

useRouter().addRoute(route)

, but now it doesn't work anymore. I always get 404 because routes are inserted too late and routes are not matched.
