Can you see if it also happens with just DH?
And, what version of DH is that, like how old
its happening sometimes like if i restart my game it will fix but like when i play overtime its getting flicker maybe bc of switching dimension i couldnt notice why

Ah alright. Can you see if the 2.1.0 version has the same problem?
Or is it too hard to test stuff like that because it takes so much time before the issue happens?

Its happened again while trying shaders pack but i cant notice why its happening i just cant reproduce that bug. To only fix is restarting game

If you can't reproduce it consistently it will be very hard to diagnose
If you can, you could try with just DH
