Hi, Nickname Badge can be acquired from Team Popularity Battle. It's either you participate or send someone (who has the nickname badge you like) the required amount of popularity to get it.
If you're pertaining to the same nickname badge on the screenshot, no — you can no longer have that as it was from the previous TPB. :qt:
