I got falsely perm banned for using third party software
I have never cheated before and I dont have hacks on my computer. I don't know what happened but I want to know if I can get my account back and get unbanned. I'm still waiting on my ticket which has been open for three days so I'm not sure how long that's going to take and if I'm going to be talking to one of the robots. I don't know if this is common but I saw some cases of this happening up to 3 years ago and its still not fixed. What do I do now?
