Falsely perm banned for third-party software, no response yet, please help
I was falsely banned for third party apps.
My username is: kaeza#kza, I want to preface before anything, I am only using this option of vanguard issue because the other way of saying personal restriction wasn't working. I have a youtube channel: I upload my clips there, i do not cheat and never will. I only had free download manager, medal, rk software (royal kludge keyboard), edge, discord, msi centre, nvidia, onenote, lively wallpaper, onedrive cloud, and maybe spotify open, right before my ban, I had 100 ping so I restarted my internet multiple time and I even logged out and in, so maybe that triggered something with vanguard but I didn't do anything. Final thing, I AGREE with ALL testing and will do anything to prove I am innocent, there is legit 0% chance I cheated. I have been hacked before though and I submitted tickets for recovery which worked so you can see in my ticket history that I am not a hacker. I never will cheat. just before just to fix my 100 ping, I changed dns, fiddled with my windows firewall and stuff so I hope that wouldnt trigger anything. I have spent over 600 dollars on valorant and it would mean a lot if this could be fixed.
