ECheck subscriptions under Billing, see if you have invoices and whether the subscription says $0 + usage.
But also, I don't know if it's still the case in the new billing system but Cloudflare always used to not charge people for invoices less than $0.50.

Csounds like cph may indeed be rerouted and the rest was just it changing paths. We were just told that 502/530/etc errors are a known issue they're looking into atm
