Game keeps crashing when tabbing out

Okay dont mind the setup. I play 1440x1080 and when i tab out and go onto a application my game just crashes. Ive searched online and have done almost everything that was brought to me. Including reinstalling and disabling full screen optimizations. Even if it does work it comes back after a few days. i even tried playing on windowed full screen and it still did it.
