Valorant and LoL is unplayable :( Need help --> Ping issues

Both Riot games have been acting up for me THIS act. I really enjoy both games but the insanely bad ping is really killing the experience. My ping was good before this act around 20ms etc. But since the start of this Act my ping has gone through the roof. Been having the same problem for both games and I have 0 idea on what to do. I made several riot tickets but have yet to receive a response, probably because they are busy. So i tried looking online for answers, I tried everything like 'Changing DNS servers' etc but that doesn't solve the problem. I have reinstalled Riot, Valorant, Lol and vanguard more than 5 times already and nothing seems to have changed.
I don't think its a 'my pc problem' being that my Pc is quite literally brand new, just built it recently. and nor is it a wifi connection problem. As my family members who also play both games, DO NOT have this issue with ping.
Would really appreciate some desperate help with this, I am not a tech genius but I feel like I have already tried everything.
