Could not find or load main class caused by ClassNotFoundException

I always get Could not find or load main class caused by ClassNotFoundException why is this despite having a manifest pointing to the main class / entry point I also have jars I have imported in the modules what could be the issue it runs fine in intellij but not in terminal

Yeah I think thats the problem but I put in vm options to include classpath in build @JW

We have some external jars and I have imported them when I build a jar artifact with external libraries it doesn't go with it for some reason

@JW Sometimes I can run a jar without having no arguments just file.jar thats it because of my jvm installed on my pc
