Necesitan el
log del juego para intentar descubrir porqué no te funciona. Aunque la interface ha cambiado un poco, en las instrucciones dice como conseguir el último registro.
Mira la captura del launcher actualizado, en Settings>log>'nombre del juego', le das al botón de copy log content to clipboard y lo pegas por aquí

más allá de que la pregunta inicial es sobre wolfenstein y el log compartido es de dying light, imagino que te pasa lo mismo con todos los juegos, te falta instalar las dependencias de wine para tu sistema operativo https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/WineDependencies.md

una vez que hayas instalado las dependencias mencionadas en ese link, borrá esta carpeta /home/vicente/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default, luego heroic va a crearla correctamente
si sigue sin funciona después de eso, compartí un nuevo registro
