I'm conflicted. On one hand I would love to have a rhino as fast as possible. On the other hand having been assigned serial number 911 on flight sim equipment is exactly my kind of dark humor
Plane wise though I think they do. It would be hard to follow the hearblur F4 with a F4 in an IL2 game. Same for other late planes. Purely from a marketing standpoint I mean. That being said I like the mid-fidelity that IL2 GB offers. It’s enough to feel like I am actually flying the plane without being 1000 page manual required or overly arcadey.
I think the amount of systems modeling would be a stretch for the Il-2 team when it comes to Vietnam era, but there's something to be said about actually having the Vietnam map, themed campaigns and such
