Game Recording Beta - Black Screen

Steam has released their new Game Recording feature (https://store.steampowered.com/gamerecording) in their beta channel. Running Bazzite on my PC Desktop and all my videos are black with just audio.

Steps to recreate:

1. In Settings change Steam Client channel to Beta and reboot.
2. In Video Recording settings set the recording mode to background
3. Wait two minutes
4. Click the red "recording" button in Gaming Mode.
5. Try to playback the footage and see black video.
