another ban arrives for me and my friend and also resets the points of the rating mode of the account for no reason, I understand that I was teaming up 2 times on the same day, but this was before the ban and I didn’t know what they were banning for and I still thought that I had already left punishment in the form of 1 ban turns out to be 2 for me and my friend, please forgive us for everything, we won’t merge anymore, we just really didn’t know, sorry, you can unblock the account and return all rating points sorry, we won't do this again.

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
