my account ban
Hello to the PUBG Mobile support team, don't be bored.
I've been playing with one account for four years, I've been playing PUBG for years and I haven't made any mistakes, I've spent a lot of money on my account and I know that one mistake will block my account.
If I had done something bad, why wasn't I banned during these years? Now I made a small mistake, i.e. I cut the 120 frame file and used it, which I don't think is cheating because such a frame was released in the game.

I live in Afghanistan, I hardly earn money for PUBG, after I went crazy, should I do something bad to block my account?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
