CFlatpak platforms are just the under the hood runtime stuff, not the desktop environment

Fthe operating system installed all the drivers for me, all I had to do was install async, which I downloaded with proton qt

Factually you are right dxvk supports async dx11 and old vulkan models I will not use it
Fyesterday I had just installed the operating system and switched back to windows, this day I switched back to bazzite os and yesterday they were praising async and I thought it was useful. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FTo return to windows you don't need woe usb and all that nonsense format your usb and create it as exfat and stick the windows iso contents on the usb and install windows it's not that hard:EFT_BunnyVibe:

RWhat is that bazzite-arch? Bazzite under Arch Linux without OSTree? I use Arch Linux as my boot-into OS on my desktop PC for many years.
KIt's in Arch Linux distro box that we made which has Steam and drivers built into it
KArch with steam preinstalled, if you boot into Arch you have no use for it
KOriginally it was used to run Steam on the desktop builds, now it's unused by us but we maintain it for other distros
KStill very useful on a stock copy of silverblue for instance

KNo, it's only useful for the desktop
KGame mode can't function in a distrobox
