flow issues at higher speeds

So I'm printing a flat print with rectilinear infill. It's only about 25 layers high. Once we get past the first 3 layers, I'm seeing weird flow issues where there's gaps and blobs. Then the print head seems to move the blobs around and make a bad surface to layer anything on top. I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

This is on a V-Core 4 500mm.

Solution

I've increased the temp about 5 degrees and dropped the max flow rate on the filament profile.
