I dont load properly when I join my own Server

Running a ATM9 server for me and some friends, starting today this is how i load in, I take no DMG while in the void my hot bar is empty, if i try to open inv I crash, I dont have accesses to commands.

If i connect to the server using a free vpn i load in fine.

ive tried restarting the server flushing my DNS restarting My PC.

server is hosted with Apex hosting.
