Lost PUBG mobile facebook account.
I lost my 5 year PUBG mobile facebook account. I was playing in 2019 and 2020 maybe even in 2021, then I took a break. I dont know what happened to it but when I logged in with exact same facebook account in 2024, the account was brand new. I dont remember my UID or username (maybe username was changed), or any screenshots, but I do have purchase transaction ID’s screenshots. What should I do?

Please note that you will need your user identification of your PUBG MOBILE account to be able to submit an account recovery request. We recommend you try to find it in your old screenshots or try to ask one your friends. If you are unable to find the user identification of your account, it may unfortunately not be possible to proceed with your request. We also recommend trying to check and find a different login option that you may have previously linked to the same PUBG MOBILE account, and try to log in with it.
Once you are able to find the user identification of your account, you can submit an account recovery request through the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
