Lost access to my PUBG Mobile account

Hello, I lost access to my PUBG Mobile account because I can no longer access the social media (Facebook/Twitter) it was linked to. I have all the account information, including my nickname, ID number, and old device details. I cannot reach support from inside the game. Can an admin or moderator please help me recover it?
