Hello, I lost access to my PUBG Mobile account because I can no longer access the social media (Facebook/Twitter) it was linked to. I have all the account information, including my nickname, ID number, and old device details. I cannot reach support from inside the game. Can an admin or moderator please help me recover it?

Hello, after I submitted a support request, someone contacted me on Discord using the name "Krafton Customer Support" and asked for 85 USD. I believe this person is a scammer. Please review my account and investigate this individual.
